He majored in Electrical Engineering before embarking on his lifelong passion in software engineering. Daniel is a 18-year veteran of the IT industry and was with several investment banks prior to joining Citadel.

Jingxi is a seasoned technology professional, with experience in process-technology transformation, enterprise architecture, data management and Agile development. He has over 10 years of experience in leading technology transformation projects in public healthcare and banking sectors. Jingxi has worked on many high-impact technology areas, such as DevOps, Agile transformation, data analytics / data science, and has a keen interest in leveraging technology to enable business change and improvement.

Amit is a data-driven professional, passionate about Data Analytics & Machine Learning. He is committed to supporting businesses in shaping Digital Strategies and affecting Digital Transformation. Amit has more than 13 years of Industry in providing digital/non-digital solutions for business problems. Currently, Amit Heads the Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team at the Group Digital Office of Keppel Corporation, he also leads the Digital Centre of Excellence and the Enterprise Architecture office. Amit holds an MBA from NUS Business School and an MSc in Civil Engineering from NTU.

PSA Corporation

Aik Hiang is a proud NUS SoC alumni. She completed both her Bachelor and Master degrees with the School of Computing. Upon graduation, she joined PSA's Infocomm Technology & Data Division, and is currently Assistant VP (Terminal Solutions & Enterprise Solutions). She leads the implementations of container terminal solutions at PSA Singapore. She has led several major system migrations and played an instrumental role in moulding one of PSA’s flagship products – CITOS®. Besides terminal solutions, her other portfolio is Enterprise Solutions including Data. She leads the transformation to elevate the digital capability and the data-driven culture in PSA Singapore. Outside of work, Aik Hiang enjoys reading and watching Korean and Chinese dramas.

Kok Leong (ONG) is the associate director of Singtel - Group Enterprise IT. He leads the Business Platform which provides platform operational support, which is also undergoing digital transformation currently to simplify business process through leveraging on technology.
Kok Leong graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing in 2001. Prior to joining Singtel, he has served in roles like Software Engineer, Technical Manager and Solution Architect at various organizations - ST Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Mercer, AON and Land Transport Authority of Singapore.

Standard Chartered Bank

With a career spanning over 14 years, Januar is passionate about continuously improving the bank technology stack and application architecture with an aim to improve the speed and quality of delivery services. He has prior experiences in Software Developer, Application Architect, developing quality software engineering practices and leading a global technology team. Januar joined Standard Chartered (SC) in October 2022 as Global Head of Engineering under TTO – Transformation, Technology and Operations, and he holds a BSc and BEng in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from University of Melbourne.
