Basic skills needed are:
- Fresher's or at least 0-1 year of IT work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent - Poly graduates can be considered
- Familiar with project models and software development methods
- Able to Prioritize the tasks
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle is of advantage
- Strong analytical /problem solving skills
- Good communication skills - verbal and written, Good Team Player
- Good aptitude and attitude, Excellent customer service ethics.
